My story

The Story Behind Veronika Luxé Design

A Love of Detail. A Passion for Creating.

Hello, I'm Veronika, the founder and creator behind Veronika Luxé Design.

My journey into resin décor grew from a love of beautiful spaces, creative expression and the small details that make something feel special.

I enjoy experimenting with colours, textures and decorative finishes, transforming individual ideas into handcrafted pieces that bring personality to a table or interior.

Every creation is an opportunity to explore something new. From selecting complementary tones to adding the finishing touches, I want each design to feel considered, distinctive and beautiful in its own right.

What makes handmade décor special is its individuality. Subtle variations are part of the creative process, giving each piece its own character.

Veronika Luxé Design is my way of sharing that creativity with people who appreciate thoughtful design, distinctive details and a little everyday luxury.

Delivery, returns & care.

UK delivery

  • Standard UK delivery (2–4 working days): £6.95
  • Express / next working day: £12.95
  • Free standard delivery on orders over £250
  • Ready-made trays dispatched within 2–3 working days
  • Bespoke & personalised pieces: 2–3 weeks to make, then dispatched

Returns

  • Ready-made trays can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging
  • Bespoke and personalised pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Contact us before sending anything back

Damage in transit

  • Every tray is wrapped and fully insured in transit
  • If anything arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours
  • We will repair, replace or refund — at no cost to you

Care

  • Wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild soap
  • Not dishwasher or microwave safe
  • Avoid hot pans, sharp knives and long direct sunlight
  • Food-safe surface for dry treats and desserts

Secure payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details. Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit to begin.
